2. Acceptance of Terms By using Aadizutra.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

3. Return and Exchange Policy

      • We accept return requests only in cases of product mismatch, missing items, or incorrect items in a combo offer.
      • The returned product must be unused, with its seal intact, along with original packaging, price tags, and labels.
      • Return requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the order.
      • Products that are damaged, used, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
      • Freebies or accessories included with the product must also be returned in unused condition.
      • Hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned if used, opened, or if the packaging is tampered with.
      • If the return is initiated for reasons other than a product mismatch, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
      • We encourage customers to take photos or videos during unboxing and report any damages immediately.
      • Products returned after the 2-day window will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Policy

      • Full refunds will be processed only if the product is returned in an unused condition within the 2-day window.
      • Refunds apply in cases of product mismatch, missing, or incorrect items in a combo offer.
      • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
      • For COD orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfers.
      • It may take 15 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s account.

5. Cancellation Policy

      • Orders can be canceled only if they have not been dispatched.
      • If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
      • Customers can cancel their orders by logging into their accounts or by contacting customer support.

6. Shipping Policy

      • We ship across India, with delivery times varying based on location.
      • Standard delivery time: 3 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday).
      • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
      • Once the order is confirmed, customers receive an SMS and email confirmation.
      • Orders placed during sales may experience delayed delivery.
      • Partial shipments will be undertaken if certain products are out of stock. COD customers must pay for the received items.

7. Delivery Policy

      • Quality and hygiene are prioritized during manufacturing and packaging, which may cause occasional delays.
      • We offer COD payment options for customer convenience.
      • If a shipment appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, customers should report it immediately to customer support.
      • If an order is marked as delivered but not received, customers must inform customer support within 24 hours for investigation.
      • If a wrong or missing product is received, customers should report it within 24 hours.
      • Aadizutra reserves the right to refuse delivery to certain locations, and customers are advised to check their pincode before placing an order.

8. Limitation of Liability

      • Aadizutra is not liable for any allergic reactions or dissatisfaction regarding the fragrance, color, or texture of products.
      • Customers are responsible for proper handling and storage of received products.
