Shipping and Delivery Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all over India, and the shipping time depends on the city and its location. Normally, our products will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days. Please note that our working days are Monday – Friday and we will try our level best to ship all orders within a reasonable time. 

Every order carries a shipping charge, which will be mentioned at the time of checkout. Once you have placed the order and the same is confirmed, you will receive an SMS and email regarding order confirmation. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking link along with the tracking number. 

If any of our products are on sale and you have placed the order during the sale period, then there are chances that the delivery might be delayed. In that case, the shipment may take more than one week. 

If you have ordered different products and if any of the products are out of stock, we will undertake partial shipment. If you have opted for COD, then you will have to pay for the part that you have received. 

 

DELIVERY POLICY

Quality and hygiene are at the top of our minds when we manufacture our products. There can be a delay in delivery due to manufacturing or packing setbacks. Customers should understand that and place orders accordingly. 

Apart from online payments, we also offer COD facilities wherein customers can pay for the order once it is received. 

At the time of delivery, if you notice that the shipment is damaged or tampered with, you should inform the customer care team without delay so that we can take necessary action. 

If, by any chance, the order is mentioned as delivered and you have not received the product, you should inform customer service in not more than 24 hours. You should provide us with a minimum of three working days so that we can investigate the case and resolve the query. 

If you receive any wrong product or if any of the products are missing, you are required to inform the customer care team within 24 hours. Please note that we may not be responsible for any damage to the product once it is delivered. 

Aadhizutra reserves the right to stop delivery to any part of the country. In such a case, we will inform the customers about the same. We request all customers to enter the pincode at the time of placing the order to ensure that your area is serviceable.
