Cancellation and Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

We know that all orders do not go as smoothly as planned. Our return and exchange policy is framed to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. 

We normally accept a request for return only if there is a mismatch in the product or if an item is missing or wrongly sent in a combo offer. In that case, you should return back the unused product with the seal so that we can send you the right product. All requests for return should be raised within 2 days of receiving the order. 

We do not accept returns if the product is damaged or comes without the original packing, including the price tag and label. If there are any freebies or accessories that were supplied along with the product, the same should also be returned in an unused condition. 

Since hygiene is crucial for all our products, we may not be able to accept any product if it is in a used or open condition or if the packaging is tampered with. In that case, customers cannot claim any refund. Similarly, if the product is returned after the window period of 2 days, we will not be able to accept the return. 

How to return the product?

Returning the product is a simple procedure. All you have to do is inform us about the return and send the product to our official address. However, you should note that if the product return is for reasons other than product mismatch, you should bear the postage charges. 

We encourage customers to take a photo or unboxing video of the product once it is delivered and report to our customer service about any damage or shortcomings. If damage is caused due to improper handling, usage or neglect, our exchange/return policy will not apply. 

Similarly, we do not encourage the exchange of products due to allergic/ skin reactions or dislike of the fragrance, colour or texture of the product. 

Once the return is initiated, you should give us one to three weeks to process your request. After the return process is complete, we will get in touch with you. 

Refund policy

We will refund the full amount of the product only if we receive the product in an unused condition and the request is raised within 2 days of delivery. In case of a mismatch of a product or a missing/wrong product in a combo offer, our refund policy applies. 

To apply the refund policy, the product should reach us safely and without delay. The refund will be made to the original source of payment. In the case of COD orders, the amount will be refunded through bank transfers. Usually, it will take 15 business days for the payment to reflect in your account. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to be eligible for cancellation, the order should be non-fulfilled. If the order has already been dispatched, then we will not entertain cancellation. 

If the order is not dispatched and you wish to cancel, you can do the same by logging into your account. If you have difficulty cancelling it online, you can get in touch with our customer care team.
